I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.

I study obstacles to successful DEI initiatives and propose solutions to increase their effectiveness. I employ a multi-method approach to my research, including conducting field studies, lab experiments, surveys, and interviews.

I earned my PhD in Management & Organizations at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
