I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
Broadly, I study how people perceive and evaluate individuals and organizations. My work examines perceptions of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and their influence on behavior, policy support, and inequality.
I use a multi-method approach, including field studies, lab experiments, surveys, and interviews.
I earned my PhD in Management & Organizations at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
