I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
I study the hidden obstacles to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizations and in society, and investigate empirically driven solutions. I use a multi-method approach, including field studies, lab experiments, surveys, and interviews.
I earned my PhD in Management & Organizations at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
